About the Achiever Program
“THE SAN DIEGO LINKS’ ACHIEVER PROGRAM CELEBRATES IT’S 29TH YEAR!!”
Each year the San Diego Chapter of the Links identifies a high school male senior that has distinguished himself in academics, sports, the arts and/or community to participate in The Achiever Program. Those selected for this program are exposed to workshops and seminars geared toward college preparedness, leadership, financial responsibility, gentlemen training and etiquette; they attend art and enrichment activities which include topics ranging from social justice to success and wealth building. In addition, Achievers gain a sense of brotherhood and camaraderie participating in this enrichment program and build lasting relationships by being paired with a Mentor. The Mentors are outstanding and prestigious members of the business and professional community and play an important role of providing guidance and support. The expectation and goal of this program is that Achievers will make a lifelong commitment to give back by serving as mentors and roles models in their respective communities. In 2011 San Diego Links Achiever Program celebrated its 25th Anniversary.
The Achiever Program has made an indelible mark on the San Diego Community and we thank you for your financial support. The San Diego Chapter of the Links has donated and raised funds for the program and have awarded over $900,000 in scholarships. The San Diego Chapter of Links, Inc. is deeply committed to the continued success of the Achiever Program.

Application to the Achievers

How can you Help??
The following sponsorship levels are available:
- Diamond Donor – Pledge of $10,000 and above per year for 5 years. You will receive a full page ad in our souvenir book, table for ten (10) at the Affair of Honor Luncheon, special recognition, and the opportunity to address the guests (if desired) or announce special awards.
- Emerald Donor – Pledge of a minimum of $5,000 per year for 5 years. You will receive a half page ad in our souvenir book, five (5) tickets to the Affair of Honor Luncheon, and special recognition.
- Ruby Donor - Pledge of a minimum of $2,500 per year for 5 years. You will receive special recognition in the souvenir book and three (3) tickets to the Affair of Honor Luncheon.
- Jade Donor – Pledge of a minimum of $1,000 per year for 5 years. You will receive special recognition in the souvenir book and two tickets to the Affair of Honor Luncheon.
- Other In-Kind Goods and Services, such as printing, underwriting, etc., would be appreciated.
